This tool is provided free of charge by Whites Group Pty Ltd (ABN 14 009 150 083), trading as Jack, to help you explore how our products might look in your outdoor space. By using this tool you agree to these terms.
Visual Guide Only
The Jack Product Visualiser is an indicative visual guide only. Product images are not to scale, do not represent exact dimensions, and should not be relied upon for final design, construction, or purchasing decisions. This tool does not constitute professional design, architectural, landscaping, or construction advice.
Your Photos & Designs
When you upload a photo or create a design using this tool:
- You confirm you have the right to use and share the photo you upload.
- You retain ownership of your original photo at all times.
- You grant Whites Group a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to store, reproduce, modify, and display your uploaded photos, saved designs, and any design images generated through this tool.
- This licence allows us to use your designs for product development, marketing and promotional materials, customer service, internal analytics, and improving this tool — across all media and formats, whether existing now or developed in the future.
- Where we use your design in marketing materials, we will not identify you personally without your separate consent.
Information We Collect
We may collect the following when you use this tool:
- Usage data: Products viewed, placed, and exported; session duration; device type. This data is anonymous and helps us improve the tool.
- Contact details: If you choose to save or share a design, you may be asked for your name, email, postcode, and phone number. Providing these is optional.
- Design data: Your saved designs (including the uploaded photo with products placed) are stored on our servers.
- Offline mode: When used offline, your data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you later connect and choose to submit it.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with the Jack Privacy Policy, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) including the Australian Privacy Principles, and the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ) including the Information Privacy Principles. You may request access to or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at privacy@meetjack.com.au.
Limitation of Liability
- Whites Group accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from reliance on the visualisations produced by this tool, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Product colours, textures, and proportions may vary from actual products due to screen settings, lighting, and manufacturing variations.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) or the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) that cannot be excluded by law.

Product availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without notice. Links to retailer websites are provided for convenience and do not guarantee stock availability.
Intellectual Property
All product images, branding, software, and content within this tool are the property of Whites Group Pty Ltd or its licensors and are protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), the Copyright Act 1994 (NZ), and applicable international treaties. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this tool or its contents without our written permission.
